4.1 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your school uniform or jewelry piece does not fit or meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
4.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- School Uniforms must still have all tags attached.
- Jewelry and Accessories must be free of scratches or signs of wear.
- For hygiene reasons, certain hair accessories or pierced earrings may be non-returnable.
4.3 Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.4 Refund Process
Once the return is inspected at our facility, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
